Skin 79 BB Cream (Hot Pink)

Skin79 Super+ Beblesh Cream
This is the first BB Cream that I purchased. I started using this since Nov 2010. I love the consistency of this product, its not too thick and not runny. It easily blend in your face when you apply. At first you may think its too light but give it a little time to oxidize and amazingly it will match your skintone. I has a light to medium coverage and has a dewy finish, I like it to set it with my MAC natural mineralized skin finish in medium. I find it easier to use with my finger than brush, I guess the warmth works better. I have normal to oily skin, and I didn't experience any break out. Its great for everyday use especially in daytime because it has a SPF. Whats great about this product is all you need is 1-2pumps. A little really goes a long way thats why it took me 6months to consume the whole bottle. I find that this product can last up to 6hrs depends on the weather.
Bottomline is I recommend this product

My Application:
Before I put BB Cream, I put on moisturizer using my Philosophy Hope in the Jar (oil-free). I have a normal to combination skin, with the BB Cream being dewy my face will look too greasy at the end of the day, so an oil-free or mattifying moisturizer helps. Leave moisturizer for 3-5mins and then put on BB cream 2pumps will cover my redness around my nose and few blemishes. I set it with either MAC MSF or Covergirl oil control powder.

Thanks for reading and stay beautiful!

My facial routine day and night

Daytime routine

Cleanser: Clean and clear morning burst
Toner: Simple
Moisturizers: depends on what foundation I want to use on that day
Philosophy hope in a jar - for BB cream which has spf
Aveeno - for foundations without spf
Olay touch of foundation - pressed powder or powder foundation

Nighttime routine
Cleanser: Philosophy Purity
Toner: Dickinson's witch hazel
Moiturizer: The body shop - seaweed clarifying moisturizer (every other day)
Olay - tone correcting night moisturizer (daily)

This face routine so far has been working out for me, lesser to none breakouts. Witch hazel really helps with my nasty zits and rashes over the summer. I will continue using this in the Fall, but if I made some changes I will update this :)

Hope this helps!
Stay gorgeous

Dickinson's Witch Hazel

Recently, I have an allergic reaction and I had few red bumps all over my face. As I was doing my research I came into this product and gave it a try. I bought this in Walgreens and immediately tried it. It has a nasty smell but I can tolerate it. After a week of trying it I am blown away with the results! I noticed that the bumps has flattened and the redness isn't noticeable anymore, after two weeks of using it my skin is now clear. I am using this as part of my daily routine. Iv noticed the my skin is more supple and smooth. I have normal to combination skin with oily t-zones. The oiliness in my T-zones has been minimized.

MAC Face & Body Liquid Foundation

MAC Face & Body with MAC Pro longwear
in Soft Sell (Review to follow)
This by far my favorite foundation by MAC. Its 120ml and its only $33.

Consistency:
You have to shake the bottle to mix the product well. Its runny because it is water based.

Coverage:
Sheer - Light to Medium, the great thing about this product is its buildable. If you have a clear skin, this is perfect for you. But if you are like me who has few blemishes you need to have to apply the product twice.

Finish:
It has a dewy finish and I set it with my MAC MSF - Medium.
My Shade: C4

I find it easier for me to apply it with my fingers but if you are more comfortable with brushes, I recommend using MAC 187. If you are looking for a sheer coverage, this is for you.

Welcome

Hello there! Thanks for bumping into my blog! I have been wanting to start a make up blog but I have been procrastinating and I don't really know how to make and indepth review and tutorials. Being that said I am going to say it as it is like talking to a friend. I am not a professional make up artist, I am an amateur and the only people I do make up is my sister and mother and ofcourse myself. Ive tried a handful of products and I would like to share my experiences about it. Mostly hit and miss, I am my own guinea pig LOL. Again, thank you for stopping by. Please leave any comments and suggestions. Have a good one!
